About This Project

The River Race Townhomes, by River Race Development LLC, is a group of 10 townhomes overlooking downtown South Bend and the waterfall of the St. Joseph river in front of Century Center. These luxurious townhomes with classical proportions feature all masonry exterior of Indiana limestone and brick, fenced in front yards, attached garage with guest parking in private drive and spectacular views.

 

All townhomes feature spray foam insulation, energy trusses, and environmentally friendly construction practices.

 

This development features two distinct floorplans, giving homeowners the option to have either a two or three story townhome based upon their family needs.

 

Two Story Townhome

The three story townhouse has 2,500 square feet of interior space, plus almost 300 square feet of exterior 3rd floor rooftop. Floor plans are available in both 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms with a mother in law apartment on the main floor.
