Matthews 121 E Tutt LLC offers this old school masonry lumber yard, vis-a-vis 1970’s warehouse. Concrete floors, 19’+ tall ceilings, 100 year old masonry walls, a couple of loading docks, acres of fields, and hundreds of paved parking spaces make for a lot of potential.. The exterior yellow metal siding could be painted or removed, and the zoning allows for one of the widest selection of uses in the city limits.
