702 Michigan LLC presents 702 S Michigan St, a 4 story masonry an heavy timber building, built in the early 1900’s. It was originally built as a sweets manufacturer and distribution center. In the mid 1900s it was owned by goodwill industries, and then as a warehouse for The Distributors, a book distributor (before Amazon). Today the building is used as a warehouse, and occasionally as very neat (and inexpensive) office space. Contact Us to inquire about leasing opportunities.
